I’ve finally finished knitting the body of my son’s ITAG yoke by Suzanne Bryan on Ravelry. Before now, I didn’t really like it as I was unsure of the look for him, but I’m happy to say I like it now I can see it in it’s almost-finished state.
There’s only about 1″ of knitting on the sleeves before the bands, and it’s off to being blocked. Then it’ll be time to pick up stitches for the button and button band, and will probably go down in history as my fastest knit at under two months 😀.
For the ribbing, I used 3.25mm needles and didn’t decrease the stitches because I don’t want it to pull in too much at the hem.
Happy workers’ day, and hope you’re all having a good week.
